This PATH is designed to assist you in fully benefiting from the yoga discipline.

Yoga is a milleniums old practice that can benefit and unite the mind, body and spirit.

Although yoga includes physical exercise, it is also a lifestyle practice for which exercise is just one component. Training your mind, body, and breath, as well as connecting with your spirituality, are the main goals of the yoga lifestyle.

The physical aspect of yoga can create a toned, flexible, and strong body. It can improve respiration, energy, and vitality, help to maintain a balanced metabolism, promote cardio and circulatory health, relieve pain, and much more.

The mental aspect helps you relax and handle stressful situations more easily, teaches you how to quiet the mind so you can focus your energy where you want it, and encourages positive thoughts and self-acceptance.

The spiritual aspect builds awareness of your body, your feelings, the world around you, and the needs of others. It also promotes an interdependence between mind, body, and spirit and helps you live the concept of "oneness."

Yoga can set your mind on the course of exploring the realization of what you are which is pure energy, bliss, and love. The experience of this is considered self-realization, or enlightenment, and this PATH will give you the tools you need to get there.

I just wanted to let you know that things seems to be finally happening for me. :) I needed a new vehicle and it seems to be landing in my lap. Also, I've been agonizing about asking for a raise and the boss, through an offhand conversation just confirmed I will get a nice one this year. :) WOOHOO.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I couldn't have done it without you....

My distance vision improved pretty quickly. I had been using my reading glasses to see the (big screen) TV more clearly and had to stop because it was making it worse. Without my glasses was better than with them! As it should be.

I've also noticed that my distance vision while driving and just out and about has also improved. It's more like it used to be. I am still having to use my glasses for reading, but I'm very pleased with the improvement in my distance vision.

I don't believe my eyes have felt quite as dry either - a nice bonus.

At a going away party yesterday - My friend told me that the day before there had been 3 times when normally she would have cried - but she couldn't!!

She said she tried & couldn't - then she laughed & said: "Expecting to cry was a habit, but I didn't feel like it."

Amazing! Also, she has been waking up & stressing during the nite - But Since she started PATHS she has only woke up because Jonathan woke her - & then she went right back to sleep - which she normally can't do.

She was very excited about it & I heard her telling other people about it twice!...
